Please don't regard it as an entry in the complaint
book. I should like to have notice wherever possible
of statements and answers to questions in Parliament
on Hong Kong affairs. It so happened that the answer
given on November 11th to a question about evacuation
fell upon us at a very inconvenient moment and if I
had had any prior notice of it I could have averted
the inconvenience.
